1. The service
Sukoon AI is an AI companion for conversation. By signing in you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. You must be 18 or older.
2. Sukoon AI is an AI, not a human or a professional
Replies are generated by artificial intelligence and may be wrong. Sukoon AI is not a doctor, therapist, lawyer or emergency service, doesn't diagnose or treat any condition, and doesn't guarantee any emotional, medical or other outcome. It can't contact anyone on your behalf. In an emergency call 112 (India) or your local emergency number.
3. Support and safety review
Authorised Sukoon AI Support or safety staff may review or join conversations for support, security and safety purposes as described in the Privacy Policy. Their messages are labelled "Sukoon AI Support". AI replies may be paused during this time.
4. Accounts
You sign in with your mobile number and a one-time code. Keep your phone secure; you're responsible for activity on your account. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or others.
5. Free trial
Each phone number gets one 72-hour free trial with a daily message limit. It does not renew or convert to a paid plan automatically.
6. Plans, payments and cancellation
Paid plans give a higher daily message limit for the period you've paid for. Access is activated only after payment is confirmed by our payment provider. You can cancel renewal at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period. Refunds follow applicable law and our support policy.
7. Acceptable use
Don't use Sukoon AI to harm yourself or others, to obtain instructions for serious harm, to break the law, to harass, or to attack or overload the service. Don't try to bypass limits.
8. Your content
You keep your rights in what you write. You grant us permission to process it to operate the service as described in the Privacy Policy.
9. Availability and liability
The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the previous 3 months.
